Volunteer Opportunity for Teens at Roger Williams Park Zoo

Kids, 7th-12 grade, what are you doing this summer?

Courtney Gilpin, ZooCamp Director at Roger Williams Park, has announced that teens, currently enrolled in 7th-12th grades are being recruited for the 2018 Zoo Crew Counselor-In-Training (CIT) program.  Teens who enjoy working with children and have an interest in conservation are encouraged to apply for the program.  Those teens who are enthusiastic and ready to work on a team are desired.  Gilpin reports “the CIT position is a fantastic way to earn volunteer service hours, but it is also a great way for teens to gain professional job experience and build leadership skills.”
